Magic Import is Vitrin's flagship feature to save you hours of manual entry. Our AI analyzes your sources to extract the essence of your catalog.

Import Sources

You can import your products from three types of sources:

1. Website URL: Simply paste the address of your current site or a product page.
2. PDF File: Ideal if you already have a digitized paper catalog.
3. Excel / CSV File: For structured inventories.

The algorithm doesn't just copy text; it understands your products:

• Names and Descriptions: Cleaned and formatted for the web.
• Images: Identification and extraction of product visuals (ignoring navigation icons).
• Prices: Automatic detection of rates and currencies.

How to use it?

1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Workspace.
2. Click on Launch a magic import.
3. Choose your source and let the AI work.
4. Review: Once the import is complete, you can check and adjust each product before publishing them.
