Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vitrin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Vitrin is a SaaS platform enabling professionals to create, manage and share online product catalogs. Users can configure their catalog, manage quote requests and customize the appearance of their storefront. The service is exclusively reserved for adult professionals (minimum 18 years old) acting in the context of their business activity.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree not to allow others to use your account. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to content you upload to Vitrin. By uploading content, you grant Vitrin a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host and display your content for service delivery purposes.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use Vitrin to:

  • Upload illegal, offensive or unethical content
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Harass or threaten other users
  • Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access
  • Send spam or malicious content

6. Limitation of Liability

Vitrin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Vitrin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Deletion and Termination

Vitrin reserves the right to delete any account or content that violates these terms. Users may delete their account at any time. All data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Changes to Terms

Vitrin may modify these terms. Changes will be posted on this page. Any material change will be notified by email at least 15 days before taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent French courts.

10. End-Customer Data — Data Controller Responsibility

By using Vitrin to collect quote requests, you act as data controller (Art. 4 GDPR) for your customers' personal data (names, emails, phones). Vitrin acts as data processor (Art. 28 GDPR) and commits to process this data solely to provide the service to you, not to use it for any other purpose or sell it, and to delete it upon termination of your account.

As data controller, you are responsible for informing your customers about data collection and having a valid legal basis (e.g., legitimate interest, consent).
