Modification Policies PRO

Control what happens once the request is sent.

• Strict Mode: The client can no longer modify anything. Ideal for fixed events.
• Additive Mode: The client can add new products but cannot remove those already validated.
• Increase Mode: The client can increase quantities but not reduce them.
• Flexible Mode: Total freedom of modification.

Precision Fields

Allow your clients to express themselves beyond the simple cart.

• Per-item notes: The client can add a specific precision on a product (e.g., "Deliver to the upper floor", "Blue color if possible").
• Global notes: A free field at the end of the form for logistical details or special requests.

Price and Stock Display

Adapt visibility according to your strategy.

• Hide prices: If you work solely on a custom basis, you can hide unit prices to only show the selection.
• Stock visibility: Choose whether or not to display remaining stock to create a sense of urgency or simply to inform.

Intelligent Notifications

• Multi-recipient: Add up to 3 email addresses to receive alerts for new requests (e.g., Sales + Logistics).
• Automatic Follow-up: The client instantly receives a summary of their request to reassure them.
