LLM & AI Policy
Policies for LLM crawlers and AI models
1. Overview
Vitrin permits major language models (LLMs) and AI crawlers to explore and index our public content. This policy clearly defines what is permitted and what is protected.
2. Permitted Content
AI crawlers may index:
- Public pages and editorial content (articles, solutions, simulators)
- Public catalogs (product pages, descriptions)
- Help center and public documentation
- Any content on
https://vitrin-catalog.com/
3. Restricted Content
AI crawlers must NOT access:
- Private accounts and admin dashboard (
*/dashboard/) - Internal API (
*/api/) — Sensitive server routes - Authentication pages (
/auth/) — Account security - Next.js resources (
/_next/) — System files
4. Technical Configuration
This policy is implemented via the llms.txt file at the domain root.
Compatible AI crawlers automatically respect this file according to the emerging standard.
File: /llms.txt
Supported agents: GPTBot, Claude-Web, Perplexity, et autres LLMs standards
5. User Data Protection
Public catalogs may contain sensitive data (customer names, quote requests). This data is protected by:
- Private dashboard content — never exposed to LLMs
- API access restrictions — authentication required
- GDPR compliance — processing limited to voluntary public content
6. Intellectual Property
By indexing Vitrin content, LLM crawlers agree to:
- Respect copyright and author attribution (© Vitrin, authors)
- Correctly attribute content to its source
- Not claim ownership of indexed content
- Cease crawling if explicitly requested by Vitrin
7. Report a Violation
If you discover an AI crawler violating this policy (dashboard access, excessive crawling, etc.), please contact:
info@vitrin-catalog.com — Include details about the violation (URL, crawler, timestamp).
